Let’s take a look at all of the Starfield Items available in-game, and what all of these various materials and necessities can be used for.
The first new intellectual property developed by Bethesda Game Studios in 25 years, Starfield is a hotly anticipated AAA single player, action role playing game which takes place across the vastness of space. This space exploration game will have many of the typical Bethesda game hallmarks – a robust main story and side quests, elaborate character creation, and an extraordinary amount of exploration.
Items are various materials, supplies, components and other necessities which the player can pick up and collect as they play. Some of these materials may be used for crafting weapons, armor and gear, food and drink or medicines, while others may be fodder goods which can be sold to merchants for in-game coin. Still others might be special collectables, and when part of a completed set, earn the player an achievement.
There is sure to be a ton of available items to pick up in Starfield, and we’ve gotten small glimpses of certain types of crafting materials which the player will be able to collect while out exploring various planets and moons. Iron will likely be a standard, base level crafting material, and can be broken off and collected by using a type of laser cutter as seen below.
We’ll be updating this page with more information on all the items in game as it becomes available!
